Refund policy

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
 
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, we will refund you. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with all original packaging and components. 

The return postage fees will be your responsibility. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the product back and the refund will be credited to the original method of payment on your order. Any special orders, made-to-order products and sale products are not eligible for returns.

If you return a product which is in an unsuitable condition, we will, upon your request, send the product back to you with shipping fees being your responsibility. If you fail to communicate with us to arrange this within 30 days of us receiving the product back we may dispose of any such Product responsibly.


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes, you may exchange your product within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with all original packaging and components. 

The return postage fees will be your responsibility. However, we will send the first exchange out for free. For any subsequent exchanges, shipping fees will be applied to the exchange. Any special orders, made-to-order products and sale products are not eligible for exchanges.


WHO PAYS CUSTOMS CHARGES (IMPORT DUTY OR TAX) ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

We are not responsible for any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns or exchanges. Please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
 
If you decline to claim your parcel from customs or the postal company the parcel will be returned back to us. We will issue you a refund minus our original postage fee and a £10 admin fee. 


HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?

Send us an email at shop@rahulpatelcollection.com stating if you would like a refund or an exchange. Include your full name, order number and the product(s) you would like to refund or exchange.
