WHO PAYS IMPORT AND CUSTOMS FEES (ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK)?

If you are placing an order from outside of the UK, you may be subject to import fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for any VAT, import or custom fees associated with your order. For further accurate information, we’d suggest contacting your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.



WHAT HAPPENS TO LATE OR LOST ORDERS?

When placing your order please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address as Rahul Patel Collection takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or outside.

Any orders relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us via email at shop@rahulpatelcollection.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
